Rwandan Franc (RWF) payments may be accepted using the exchange rate agreed at the time of booking.
Payment confirms the booking. A session is not secured until payment is received.
Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session time.
Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as late cancellations.
Missed sessions and late cancellations are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, please inform us as early as possible so a reschedule can be considered.
Executive Direction Intensive sessions require private confirmation before payment is accepted.
Availability, scope, format, and fee are confirmed directly before booking is finalized.
