  4. No secret habits at night. Porn, private chatting, endless scrolling, emotional messaging, random videos, and arguments shape your identity.
  5. Give tomorrow a reason. Before sleeping, know why you are waking up. Not ten reasons. One.

The 30-minute reset

If your nights are currently chaotic, start with this: 10 minutes to clean your space, 10 minutes to write tomorrow's top task, and 10 minutes of silence, prayer, reading, or breathing.
