Everything you need to know about cancelling, rescheduling, and requesting refunds for clarity coaching sessions.

You may cancel or reschedule a booked clarity session with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. One free reschedule per session is permitted. If you choose a refund instead, it will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are forfeited. No refund is issued and no reschedule is offered, except in genuine documented emergencies (see below). This policy exists because last-minute cancellations cannot be filled and the time has been reserved specifically for you.
If you face a genuine emergency — serious illness, bereavement, or an unforeseen critical event — contact us as soon as possible at bookings@sannankhan.com with a brief explanation. Emergency exceptions are considered at Sannan Khan's sole discretion. Providing documentation is not required but may be requested.
If you do not attend your booked session and have given no notice in advance, the session is forfeited with no refund and no reschedule. A no-show is defined as missing the scheduled start time by more than 15 minutes without prior communication.
How to cancel: Email bookings@sannankhan.com with your name, booking reference, and session date. If cancelling within 48 hours, also include a brief reason. Cancellations sent by WhatsApp are accepted but please also email to create a written record.
Refunds are returned via the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time is 5–10 business days after the refund is approved, depending on your bank or card provider. We do not issue refunds in cash, by bank transfer, or by alternative payment methods unless the original payment was made by those means.
You may reschedule a booked session once per session with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. To reschedule, use the rescheduling link in your booking confirmation email, or contact bookings@sannankhan.com.
A second reschedule request for the same session, or a reschedule request made with less than 48 hours notice, is treated as a cancellation under the cancellation policy above.
Rescheduled sessions must take place within 60 days of the original booking date. Sessions not rescheduled within this window are forfeited.
If a session cannot proceed due to a technical issue on our side — platform failure, connection problems attributable to our equipment — the session will be rescheduled at no charge at a time convenient for you.
If the technical issue is on your side, you are responsible for testing your equipment before the session. If you are unable to connect and have not notified us within 15 minutes of the start time, the session may be treated as a no-show.
We recommend testing your video call connection 30 minutes before your scheduled session. Session confirmation emails include the video call link and access instructions.
Clarity coaching sessions are structured thinking conversations. They are educational in nature and do not guarantee specific outcomes. If you feel a session did not meet your expectations, we welcome direct feedback at hello@sannankhan.com. We take all feedback seriously and will respond within 5 business days.
Dissatisfaction with a session's outcome is not grounds for a refund under this policy, as the value of a clarity conversation depends on the quality of engagement from both parties and the decisions you make following the session.
If you believe there was a material failure on our side — the session was significantly shorter than booked, the wrong session type was delivered, or a serious error occurred — contact us and we will review the situation fairly.
