Common questions before booking.

What happens after I book a session?

After booking, you will receive confirmation details, preparation instructions, and any required intake form or payment instructions.

Which timezone are sessions scheduled in?

Sessions are normally scheduled in Africa/Kigali time (CAT / UTC+2) unless another timezone is agreed in advance.

How do I pay?

Payment instructions are shared during booking. Available options may include Wise, PayPal, bank transfer, or locally agreed payment methods. See the payment instructions and policy for currency, refund, and rescheduling terms.

Can I pay in RWF?

Yes, RWF payment may be accepted using the exchange rate agreed at the time of booking. See the pricing and currency policy for details.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice before the session. See the rescheduling policy for details.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. Session content is treated as confidential. For organizational programs, only anonymous group-level insights may be shared unless individual consent is given. See the privacy policy for more detail.

Is this therapy, counselling, or religious advice?

No. This is structured clarity coaching and advisory support. It is not therapy, clinical counselling, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or religious ruling. Read the coaching disclaimer.

Do I receive a written summary after the session?

Most paid clarity sessions include a short written clarity summary or action note after the session, depending on the session type.

Which session should I choose?

If you are unsure, begin with a free diagnostic map or a single clarity session. For deeper career, business, or executive decision work, the Executive Direction Intensive may be more appropriate.

Can organizations book group sessions or workshops?

Yes. Group sessions, workshops, speaking engagements, and institutional programs are available for universities, NGOs, community bodies, companies, and professional associations. See the For Organizations page or contact us to confirm scope, fee, timing, and delivery format.

Are sessions available online worldwide?

Yes. All sessions are online. Clients join from Pakistan, Rwanda, UAE, UK, and internationally. The booking system shows times in your local time zone.

What platform do you use?

Google Meet or Zoom. The link is sent in your confirmation email.

What if I am in Pakistan and the WhatsApp number is +250?

The +250 number is a Rwanda-based WhatsApp for coordination questions. Sessions are fully online and available to Pakistani clients worldwide. You can also email hello@sannankhan.com for any pre-booking questions.
